Use the platform lawfully

You may not use Jvora to violate any law, regulation, court order, third-party right, or applicable provider policy.

Prohibited messaging and conduct

Users may not send or facilitate abusive, deceptive, or unlawful communication.

  • Spam or messages sent without appropriate consent
  • Harassment, threats, hate, or targeted abuse
  • Illegal activity or the promotion of illegal goods or services
  • Abusive SMS campaigns or attempts to evade opt-outs
  • Impersonation or misleading claims of identity or authority

Fraud and harmful content

Jvora may not be used for fraud, phishing, credential theft, malicious code, exploitation, sexual abuse material, or content intended to harm people, systems, or property.

Platform abuse

Do not interfere with service operation or misuse access.

  • Unauthorized access, scraping, probing, or security testing
  • Circumventing rate limits, plan limits, safeguards, or provider reviews
  • Disrupting infrastructure or other users
  • Using the platform to build or distribute a competing unauthorized copy
  • Submitting false information to payment, phone, or messaging providers

Enforcement

Jvora may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, preserve information, or cooperate with providers and lawful authorities when appropriate. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, repetition, risk, and legal obligations.

Reporting concerns

Report suspected abuse to Jvora Support with relevant account, message, date, and impact details. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
