These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, apps, and related services (the "Services") provided by Jvora ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable Use
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security.
- Do not transmit spam, malware, or infringing, illegal, or abusive content.
- Respect others' privacy and intellectual property rights.
3. AI Features & Content
The Services may generate content using AI models (e.g., responses to prompts). AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for any decisions made based on them.
4. Integrations & Third-Party Services
You may connect third-party services (e.g., calendar, telephony, payments). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
5. SMS Messaging Terms
Jvora provides SMS messaging for appointment-related communications on behalf of participating businesses. Message types may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notices, cancellation notices, booking updates, and appointment-related customer support responses.
Customers opt in through a Jvora-powered booking form by entering their mobile phone number and actively checking a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Consent to receive SMS messages is separate from acceptance of these Terms and is not required to purchase goods or services or complete a booking.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
After opting out, customers may no longer receive appointment text messages unless they opt in again. Jvora and the participating business are not responsible for carrier delays or undelivered messages.
6. Fees & Subscriptions
Paid tiers may be billed on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice. Taxes, if any, are your responsibility.
7. Ownership & License
We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, trademarks, and content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.
8. Privacy
Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to those practices.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or cause harm. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jvora from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jvora is organized, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue for disputes will be in the courts of that jurisdiction.
